Educating members is at the core of the mandate of the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union (CEP). Our education program aims to provide members with a perspective on the historical context of being workers and the role of unions in defending their interests.
This section includes an outline of CEP's Education Program along with a list of available scholarships, a series of leadership manuals, and a guide for Local union trustees. There is also a section about our Health, Safety and Industrial Relations Training Fund.
